Introducing the Silqap, the revolutionary silk lined hijab cap designed by two Aussie hijabis who understand your struggles. Its unique features include:  

1. 92% pure mulberry silk lining extends all the way to the hairline: the silk lining helps retain your hair's natural moisture and luster, keeping it shiny and healthy. It also helps with tractional alopecia and hair loss due to friction caused by traditional cotton caps. 

2. An open cap design, with the closed look- combining the best of both worlds, with an adjustable drawstring design to accommodate all hair types and sizes.

3. Duo function adjustable snap clips at the back. The snap clips are used for both: to attach the neck cover or adjust the size of the fit.

5. Slip resistant: with soft silicone pads around the ears.

6. Bamboo outer shell for maximum breathability.

. The Regular size fits most (head circumference 54-58 cm or 21.2"-22.8"). If unsure, go for Regular. Please note they do stretch slightly with wear, you can use the snap clips at the back for sizing adjustment

. Small size is for head circumference less than 54cm (21.2").  

. For head circumference over 58cm (22.8”) we recommend the Large size. 

Our Silqap is not only for women who wear the hijab. It can be used by anyone who would like to wear a silk lined cap. Our Silqap is perfect to sleep in, especially if you have treated, curly, or styled hair you’d like to extend the life of.

Material: Outer: 93% bamboo, 7% spandex. 

Lining (Cream, Midnight Black, Taupe) : 92% Pure mulberry silk, 8% spandex

Lining (White): 91% Silk (71% pure mulberry silk, 20% vegan silk), 9% spandex  

Care: Silk needs to be loved. Please treat with care: cold hand wash with gentle detergent. Do not soak for more than 5 min. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron if required.

Absolutely amazing!

The best undercaps on the market! I could never think of buying any other undercaps than from Silqueco. Their transparency in their products is the very best, the product is exactly as described. And their customer service is on top of that, they are incredibly nice and helpful, have not met a nicer customer service 🫶🏼

Best undercap I’ve ever had

This undercap is a game changer!!! I have rarely used other undercaps after getting this one because it honestly works the best. The fitting is very comfortable and adjustable, it allows for an even and consistent head and hair shape every time, and of course without stressing the hairline. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it still works like new. I do find that when the hair is styled straight, it can slip if not fitted properly. Otherwise, I’m coming back here to decide on what colour to buy next!

Amazing!! On my 3rd one

I love these undercaps sooo much and I never write reviews!! They are such good quality, not too tight and keep my baby hairs slicked back. Cannot recommend enough - My only qualm is that they don’t make them in brown!!

Size is good, still slips off my head so I have to wear another cap over it which gives me a massive headache. Go for this when I've freshly styled my hair (curly hair) otherwise don't really use it.

Cap and Hat have saved my hair

As someone that has worn the hijab for 20 + years, i have finally found an undercap that is gentle on my hair and the ears

I dont know how you have done it, but the bucket hat fits over the hijab and bun perfectly. it is not tight, it stays in place and is much needed for my fair skin. In the past i have not been able to wear a hat over the hijab as it was just too tight and uncomfortable.
thank you so much and I wish everyone that wears hijab is aware of your hats and under caps.
