Shipping policy

Domestic standard shipping: Usually takes 1-5 business days. All purchases over $90 are eligible for free standard domestic shipping.

For orders less than $90, shipping cost is calculated based on your region and the weight of the items you purchase at standard rate.  

Domestic Express Shipping with Express Australia Post: Flat rate of $12. You should receive your items the next business day if you place your order before 12pm and if you are in the Australia post express network. If placed after 12pm, you will receive your order the day after. 

International shipping: Custom duties and Import taxes to be paid by the buyer. Usually takes anywhere from 10-35 working days. The rate depends on the weight of the item and the destination country. It will be calculated on checkout. 

Please note we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries: 

Afghanistan, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia. 

Certain countries may have custom fee as per their country regulations and import thresholds. Receiver is in charge of payment of their custom fees.
