Sizing Chart

 

To measure your head circumference, take a measuring tape or even a string, and wrap around above the ears and across your eyebrows with your hair down, and there you have your head circumference!

Below is the recommended sizing: (Please note the Silqap stretches slightly with wear which can be re-adjusted using the the snap clips at the back)
