Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene standards and requirements, our items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty or the wrong size/fit.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, please reach out to our team at hello@silqueco.com within 14 days of receiving your item.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return on a defective item is accepted and you're located within Australia, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. International customers may be required to pay for their own return shipping of the package, please contact us to arrange a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return on a defective item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
